If the user selected our white glove delivery service, the driver will be required to bring the item inside to the location of their choice. However, Trado drivers do not assemble, install, mount/dismount, pack or unpack boxes.
You can complete multiple deliveries in one run so long as the pick-up and drop-off destinations are within range of each other.
Absolutely. Trado drivers can have their own team to help with larger deliveries. Additional helpers need to be included in your driver profile for safety, liability reasons as well as to ensure you receive the larger shipment requests your team is capable of handling!
Drivers should not take additional items unless the user adds the item in the shipping app as this could change price and our ability to insure the item.
